Key Points and Instructions:

7v4 + keeper. This exercise is mandatory one-touch only. The red team is always in possession of the ball. They must break the 4 defenders down using quick play and coordinated well-timed movements. If the red team loses the ball the game is restarted with the red team in possession again. Offside is played. The blue team must hold the line on top of the penalty box. This exercise is one Jose Mourinho has used with Real Madrid.
