Great exercise that demands constant concentration. 5v2 (two groups) moving rondo. After 4 passes the group can play into and move into whatever square is empty. When the coach yells play – he/she rolls the ball out and the two groups combine using the entire grid to play 10v4 1-touch. After the 4 defenders win the ball 3 times the exercise starts again with 5v2 rondo. Change defenders.
