Obstructed Vision Soccer Training

obstructedvisiontraining

In order to limit peripheral vision I have the players wear goggles that are designed to restrict their peripheral vision.  Instantly the players are forced to see the game in a different way, they receive less visual information then they are normally used to. This forces them to adapt and scan the field more often to make up for the limited vision and limited information.  Obstructed Vision Training is a great way to force players to scan more frequently and even make quicker decisions. My cognitive soccer instructors course is focused bringing coaches the latest information on developing the soccer brain.  For more information on the course please visit www.soccersmarttraining.com
